REGULATOR ADDS PSP INTERNATIONAL REINSURANCE SYSTEM TO INSURANCE AND REINSURANCE BROKERS REGISTER

The national commission for financial service markets regulation has added Universal insurance broker “PSP international reinsurance system” LLC (Kyiv) to the register of insurance and reinsurance brokers.
Resolution No. 3052 dated December 6, 2016 was posted on the commission’s website.
According to the unified register of companies, the owner of the company is closed non-diversified venture corporate investment fund Prudential Insurance Platform (Kyiv). The ultimate beneficiary is resident of Kyiv Rudolf Yeganian.
PSP international reinsurance system was registered in March 2016. Its charter capital is UAH 25 million.
Prudential Insurance Platform was registered in November 2012. Yeganian has been head of the company since April 2016. Its charter capital is UAH 1 billion.
