MTIBU CONTINUES ACCEPTING PAPERS CONCERNING UKRAINE, SKIDE, NOVA, VEKSEL INSURERS’ COMMITMENTS

The Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine (MTIBU) continues accepting documents from people suffered in road accidents related to commitments of insurance companies Ukraine, Skide and Nova until May 30, 2017, the bureau has reported on its website.

The bureau said that it would pay for all insurance events under obligatory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners (OSAGO) policies signed with the above-mentioned insurers before they were removed from bureau members.

According to the report, payments are settled for OSAGO policies of Ukraine insurer signed before July 1, 2015, as for Skide – before May 31, 2016, Nova – before May 5, 2016.

The bureau said that payments are settled if injuries, death and damage to property were recorded.

The bureau continues accepting application for refunds under commitments of Veksel joint-stock company (Kyiv) that was declared bankrupt.
