LIOU held a working group meeting of the Committee on motor insurance
Date: 21.01.2016. Section: News LIOU, ActualJanuary 21, 2016 League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine held a meeting of the working group on liability insurance carrier of the Committee on motor insurance. The moderator of the meeting was the Roman Navalkivska, director of insurance law and methodology department of LIOU.
The participants discussed the draft Law of Ukraine “On amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning the insurance carrier’s liability for damage caused to life and health of passengers and third parties” and the main issue of implementation of this type of insurance.
As previously reported, December 28, 2015 the Parliament of Ukraine submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the Draft Law on “On amendments to some laws of Ukraine on compulsory insurance of liability for damage caused to life and health of passengers and third parties» №3732. The document active part in the work on which has LIOU, approved by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, National Commission for State Regulation of Financial Services Markets, the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
