President LIOU awarded by Diploma Kiev national economic university (KNEU) “For many years of fruitful cooperation and considerable personal contribution to the development of insurance in Ukraine”
Date: 19.04.2016. Section: News LIOU, ActualApril 19-20, Kyiv National Economic University conducts III International scientific-practical conference “Innovative directions of Ukraine’s insurance market.” The report on the current processes in the insurance market of Ukraine was performed by president of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine Alexander Filonyuk.
Opened the international scientific-practical conference Dmitry G. Lukyanenko, vice-rector for scientific-pedagogical and scientific work, doctor of economic sciences, professor and Olga Hamankova, head of insurance chair, doctor of economic sciences, professor.
First Pro-rector KNEU Dmitry Lukyanenko thanked LIOU for cooperation and awarded the President of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine Alexander Filonyuk with Diploma “For many years of fruitful cooperation and considerable personal creative contribution to the development of insurance in Ukraine.”
Addressing the participants, Alexander Filonyuk thanked for the high award, congratulated students, teachers and employees of the university with the beginning of the conference and said that powerful, prosperous nation begins with university audiences. “I am confident that the participants will be professional specialists and help reform the country’s insurance market, make it better and brand new” – said President LIOU.
The conference is supported by the National commission for state regulation of financial services markets; State technical and economic higher school named after Bronislaw Markiewicz (Jaroslaw city, Poland); Wroclaw University of Economics (Wroclaw city, Poland); Educational institutions Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus “International University” MITS “(Minsk city, Belarus).
Among the thematic areas of the conference – the current trends of the global insurance market and its impact on the insurance markets of countries with economies in transition; perspective directions of national insurance markets in the post-crisis period; state regulation of financial services in the context of globalization manifestations: the experience of Ukraine and foreign countries. Also will be discussed the topic of insurance role in stabilizing the national economy and ensuring social protection; improving the efficiency of cooperation between insurance, banking and other segments of the financial market in times of economic instability; improvement the quality of scientific and staffing provision of the insurance industry in modern conditions and others. Conference languages: Ukrainian, Russian and English.
