President LIOU participated in the II Forum of energy efficiency partnership

Section: News LIOU, ActualMay 12 was held II Forum of energy efficient partnership “Energoservice: investments in energy efficiency of public sector and benefits for residential buildings.” Organizer of the event – the State Agency for energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine.
Chairman of the State agency for energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine Serhiy Savchuk opened the Forum. Welcoming remarks to the participants spoke Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman, who stressed that Ukraine can become volatile, competitive and successful, and get the highest level of sovereignty. Also, the forum was attended by Gennady Zubko, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing Ukraine; Chairman of the regional, district and city administrations, representatives of the international community, the public, condominiums, concerned ministries and departments.
The forum was attended by President of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine Alexander Filonyuk, who noted that worldwide problem of energy independence of the state, reforms in energy efficiency and energy is a priority for national security. LIOU President also noted that the issue of insurance in energy efficiency and energy saving and investment sectors of the economy at the expense of insurance reserves in accordance with the rules and requirements of profile decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Regulation on mandatory criteria and standards of adequacy, diversification and quality assets of the insurer approved by National Commission on regulation of financial services markets from February 23, 2016 №396 and was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2016 №417 / 28547.
Energy efficient partnership Forum II “Energoservice: investments in energy efficiency of public sector and benefits for residential buildings” launched a large-scale information campaign in Ukraine on thermomodernization of budget objects and residential areas.
Partners of the Forum were the Found Friedrich Ebert in Ukraine, Project USAID «Municipal Energy Reform in Ukraine” project IFC «Energy efficiency in the residential sector in Ukraine” Project GIZ «Creation of energy agencies in Ukraine” Project GIZ «Energy efficiency in communities,” EU project «EnPC-INTRANS “(The development of the municipalities in the implementation and use of energy service contracts), introduced “FIATU”, “Institute of budget and social and economic research “(IBSER).
