June 16 was held a press conference “The first time in Ukraine! National study: “Methods of evaluating the cost of living of Ukrainians and evaluation of real losses from the accident”, which conducts national program on prevention of road traffic injuries of children and youth «Traffic Challenge». A report on the cost of human life in Ukraine was made by President of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine Alexander Filonyuk.

June 10 Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (UUIE) held a joint expanded meeting of the Board of UUIE and the Anti-Crisis Council of public organizations of Ukraine.

30-31 May 2016 at the invitation of Austrian Insurance Association (VVO), ukrainian insurers on an official working trip visited city Vienna. They exchanged information on key areas of the insurance companies in Austria and Ukraine.

May 25 at State agency on energy efficiency and energy saving was held a meeting on attracting insurance companies to finance projects on renewable energy. League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine introduced President LIOU Alexander Filonyuk.

May 23 National commission on financial services markets regulation held a meeting to discuss the performance expected during the implementation of the Comprehensive Program of Ukraine’s financial sector development by 2020.

May 18 the Ministry of Health of Ukraine supported by National commission on financial services regulation held a roundtable “Improvement of relations in the field of compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners as a mechanism of social protection of property rights in road accidents.”

May 12 was held II Forum of energy efficient partnership “Energoservice: investments in energy efficiency of public sector and benefits for residential buildings.” Organizer of the event – the State Agency for energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine.

May 11 League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine held a joint meeting of the Presidium and Council of LIOU. The participants discussed the key issues of the industry, supported the Concept introduction of compulsory health insurance and noted the importance of systemic and organizational changes in the insurance market.

23 years ago, May 10, 1993 was issued a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On insurance”, which initiated the creation of a civilized system of insurance in the state. According to the Decree was introduced licensing of insurance, insurers reporting system and methods of state regulation of the insurance market.

29 April Nuclear Insurance Pool of Ukraine (NPU) held the meeting of leaders of European nuclear pools with National commission on financial services markets regulation leadership and the President of LIOU. The theme of the meeting – to discuss the problems of nuclear security in Ukraine and in the world.

27-28 April in Kiev Ukraine Chamber of Commerce held the second National Forum of export support “Open countries. Combines business. ” The event and gala session “Conducting effective economic reforms in Ukraine as a key to successful support of domestic producers and increase Ukrainian exports” opened Gennady Chizhikov, President of the Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine. To the members was presented a letter-congratulation from the Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman.

20 April President of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine Alexander Filonyuk, Member of National commission on financial services markets regulation Zaletov Alexander met with Chairman of the state agency for energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine Serhiy Savchuk.

April 19-20, Kyiv National Economic University conducts III International scientific-practical conference “Innovative directions of Ukraine’s insurance market.” The report on the current processes in the insurance market of Ukraine was performed by president of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine Alexander Filonyuk.
