September 2, a solemn assembly on the occasion of the entrepreneur day was held, organized by Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (USPP). The League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine was presented by the LIOU President Alexander Filonyuk.
August 31, in International Finance Corporation there was a meeting of Leah Soroka, head of the program “Development of agricultural sector financing in Europe and Central Asia” of World Bank, Filonyuk Alexander, President of LIOU and Romana Navalkivska, Director of insurance law and methodology department of LIOU.
League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine initiates separate units to solve the problem of insurers. To this end there was a meeting in National commission for state regulation of financial services markets (National commission) on the issue of separate divisions of insurance companies initiated by members-companies of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine.
League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine has sent to National commission the results and recommendations to resolve outstanding issues and clarifying disagreements on the separate divisions of insurance companies. The proposals after the meeting held in July 27 at National commission provided the insurance companies “ASKA”, “TAS”, “PZU Ukraine”, “Providna” and “UNIQA”.
August 5th indoors of National commission on state regulation of financial services markets the meeting was held to discuss the question of travel insurance. League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine introduced Navalkivska Romana, director of insurance law and methodology department of LIOU.
League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine sent a response to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine on the request of the antitrust committee survey of concerted practices in the insurance market.
August 3, in the administrative building of the Department of State supervision (control) of the fire, technogenic safety and civil protection of state service of extraordinary situations in Ukraine (SSES) was held the meeting of the working group on introduction of insurance as an alternative to the planned activities of state supervision (control) in the field of fire safety entities middle and low degrees of risk of introduction of business.
On August 2 at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine a round table was held, the theme of which was to discuss the necessary conditions and mechanisms for the implementation of private liability insurance performers. League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine at the meeting was presented by the President LIOU Alexander Filonyuk and Vice President of LIOU Larissa Holozubova.
July 28 the National Commission for State Regulation of Financial Services Markets held a meeting to introduce liability insurance for members of supervisory boards of state unitary enterprises and business associations. League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine at the meeting was presented by the Vice President of the LIOU Larisa Holozubova.
July 27 international financial club “Banker” held the II International Conference “Payment systems and financial markets. Remote services, security, mobility solutions, and card payments. ” League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine was the media partner of the conference.
July 27th League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine held a meeting of the LIOU’s Committee on insurance in tourism. The moderators of the meeting were Chairman of LIOU’s Committee Galina Kim and Director of insurance law department and methodology of LIOU Romana Navalkivska.
July 15 in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was a meeting of the working group on revision of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Sickness funds” registration №1377 of 10.12.2014. League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine introduced Navalkivska Romana, director of the department on insurance law and methodology of LIOU.
July 1st was a meeting of the working group of the Committee of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on health chaired by deputy of Ukraine A.V.Yatsenko.
June 30, Kiev company «Swiss Re», a leader in reinsurance of agricultural risks began a two-day «Ukrainian Agriculture Insurance Meeting», which was attended by President of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine Alexander Filonyuk.
On June 21, in State Agency for energy efficiency and conservation of Ukraine was held a third official meeting by discussing the involvement of insurance companies to the development of renewable technologies.
