July 29, 2015 was held working meeting of National Regulator, representatives of the insurance market, law firms, American Chamber of Commerce on drafting changes to the approval of the acquisition or increase of a qualifying holding in a financial institution. League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine introduced by Holozubova Larisa, Vice President of LIOU.
The purpose of the meeting was to coordinate positions of all stakeholders on amendments to the Procedure for its further publication on the website of National regulator.
League of Insurance Organizations invites insurers, interested persons to participate in the elaboration of the draft order of National Regulator at the stage before the official approval of the draft document.
In this regard, to summarize proposals from the insurance market, send your comments to draft changes to the approval of the acquisition or increase of a qualifying holding in a financial institution to August 4, 2015 to the email address: liga@uain.local.
Next week will discuss this project in National Regulator.29 липня 2015 року відбулася робоча зустріч Нацкомфінпослуг, представників страхового ринку, юридичних компаній, Американської торгівельної палати щодо розроблення змін до Порядку погодження набуття або збільшення істотної участі у фінансовій установі. Лігу страхових організацій України представила Лариса Голозубова, Віце-президент ЛСОУ.
Метою такої зустрічі було узгодити позиції усіх заінтересованих осіб щодо змін до Порядку з метою його подальшого оприлюднення на сайті Нацкомфінпослуг.
Ліга страхових організацій запрошує страховиків, заінтересованих осіб до участі в опрацюванні проекту розпорядження Нацкомфінпослуг на стадії до офіційного погодження проекту документу.
У зв’язку з цим, для узагальнення пропозицій від страхового ринку, направляйте Ваші коментарі до проекту змін до Порядку погодження набуття або збільшення істотної участі у фінансовій установі до 4 серпня 2015 року на електронну адресу: liga@uain.local.
