Dear colleagues,
Over the last few months, the members of the GDV Central and Eastern European Committee have increasingly been approached concerning possibilities of improving claims management in motor insurance. Without doubt, cost-efficient, rapid and customer-friendly claims management is of vital importance for entrepreneurial success. Due to the far-reaching implications of the financial and economic crisis this has become even more important for the growth perspectives and the income of the insurance industry in many countries. The conference will focus on mass claims in MOD (Casco) as well as MTPL insurance. The aim is to point out ways leading to more efficient and more inexpensive claim settlement and loss avoidance in an open exchange of views. You will find an overview of the intended main topics in the enclosed flyer.
