21 березня 2019 року Ліга страхових організацій України провела засідання Президії ЛСОУ. Президент ЛСОУ Олександр Філонюк проінформував присутніх про діяльність Ліги страхових організацій України за звітний період, зазначивши активізацію роботи в Комітетах ЛСОУ.
Запрошений на засідання Президії ЛСОУ Член Нацкомфінпослуг Олександр Залєтов розкрив питання щодо проектів розпоряджень Нацкомфінпослуг „Про затвердження Змін до Положення про обов’язкові критерії і нормативи достатності капіталу та платоспроможності, ліквідності, прибутковості, якості активів та ризиковості операцій страховика”, оприлюднений на сайті Нацкомфінпослуг 13 лютого 2019 року, і „Про затвердження Змін до Методики формування страхових резервів за видами страхування, іншими, ніж, страхування життя, та визнання таким, що втратило чинність, розпорядження Державної комісії з регулювання ринків фінансових послуг України від 13 листопада 2003 року №123”, оприлюднений на сайті Нацкомфінпослуг 21 лютого 2019 року, та відповів на запитання страховиків.
В рамках роботи засідання Президії було розглянуто питання про стан обов’язкового страхування цивільно-правової відповідальності власників наземних транспортних засобів і затверджено Порядок денний наступного засідання Президії Ліги.
Також, Члени Президії одноголосно підтримали питання щодо прийняття до складу Президії ЛСОУ Страхової компанії «Раритет».

Member of the National Financial Services Commission Oleksandr Zaletov, who was invited to the meeting of the LIOU Presidium, raised the issue of draft regulations of the National Financial Services Commission “On Approval of Amendments to the Regulations on Mandatory Criteria and Norms of Capital Adequacy and Solvency, Liquidity, Profitability, Asset Quality and Risk Management of the Insurer”, published on the website of the National Financial Services Commission 13 February 2019 and “On Approval of Changes to the Methodology for the Formation of Insurance Reserves by Type of Insurance, other than, Life Insurance, and Recognition as Expired, Order of the State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine of November 13, 2003 No. 123”, as published on the website National Financial Services Commission February 21, 2019, and responded to insurers’ questions.
Within the framework of the session of the Presidium, the issue of the state of compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of land vehicles was considered and the Agenda of the next meeting of the Presidium of the League was approved.
Also, the members of the Presidium unanimously supported the issue of admittance to the LIOU Presidium of the Insurance Company “Raritet”.
