11 грудня в Нацкомфінпослуг відбулось засідання робочої групи щодо проекту Закону України «Про страхування». Лігу страхових організацій України на засіданні представила Лариса Голозубова, Віце-президент ЛСОУ.
На засіданні робочої групи були розглянуті зауваження та пропозиції до проекту Закону України «Про страхування» (р.№ 1797-1) в частині страхування життя.
Учасники засідання опрацювали Розділ I законопроекту «Загальні положення», а саме ст.1 «Визначення термінів», ст.5 «Об’єкти нагляду», ст.6 «Класифікація страхування», Ст.9. «Найменування страховика» та ст.11 «Саморегулівна організація страховиків».
Більшість правок та зауважень охоплювали питання термінології законопроекту, назви класів страхування, наприклад, клас IV замість «Постійне страхування здоров’я» пропонується назвати «Безперервне страхування здоров’я», та можливого найменування страхової організації, яка має намір здійснювати страхування життя.On December 11 in National commission on financial services regulation there was a meeting of the working group on the draft Law of Ukraine “On insurance”. League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine at the meeting was presented by Holozubova Larisa, Vice President of LIOU.
At the meeting of the working group were reviewed the comments and proposals to the draft Law of Ukraine “On insurance” (r.№ 1797-1) regarding life insurance.
The meeting worked out the bill Section I “General Provisions”, namely Article 1 “Definitions” Article 5 “Objects supervision” Article 6 “Classification of insurance”, Article 9. “Name of the insurer” and Article 11 “self-regulatory organization of insurers.”
Most edits and comments covered issues of terminology bill, insurance class names such as class IV instead of “permanent health insurance” is proposed to call “permanent health insurance” and the possible name of the insurance company that intends to carry life insurance.
