2 грудня 2016 року роботу Другої міжнародної конференції «Зони вільної торгівлі: можливості та виклики для України та партнерів», яка проходить за ініціативою Торгово-промислової палати України під патронатом Національного форуму з підтримки експорту, розпочала Гала-сесія «Діалог Уряду В.Гройсмана з бізнесом: що зробили та маємо зробити».
В рамках Гала-сесії учасники обговорили питання, вирішення яких вдалося реалізувати відповідно до плану пріоритетних дій Уряду на 2016 рік в економічній, інвестиційній сферах, та у сфері промислової політики.
За словами Прем’єр-міністра України Володимира Гройсмана, Уряд найближчим часом затвердить експортну стратегію країни, а також підтримає створення експортної-кредитного агентства, що було розглянуто у Парламенті. «У цьому питанні ще необхідні коригування», – зазначив він.
За словами Олександра Філонюка, «ЛСОУ протягом останніх років бере активну участь у розгляді цих питань, і проблема створення установи з розвитку експорту стоїть досить актуально. Сьогодні відповідні установи з розвитку експорту функціонують в більш як 70 країнах світу, у тому числі майже в усіх країнах Східної Європи. При цьому є країни де відповідні установи створені виключно через державну форму власності; є установи зі страхування експорту, форма власності яких змішана, тобто певну частку статутного фонду утримує як держава, так і недержавні інвестори; а є країни в яких страхування експорту здійснюють через стовідсотково приватні установи. І кожний досвід має право на життя, оскільки працює досить успішно».
Гала-сесія пройшла за участі урядовців, бізнес-спільноти та представників міжнародного середовища. Лігу страхових організацій України представив Президент ЛСОУ Олександр Філонюк.

As part of the gala session participants discussed the issues that was duly converted according to the plan of priority actions of the Government on 2016 in the economic, investment spheres, and in the field of industrial policy.
According to the words of Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman, the government will soon approve the export strategy of the country and support the establishment of export-credit agency, which was discussed in Parliament. “This issue has the necessary adjustments,” – he said.
By the words of Alexander Filonyuk “LIOU in recent years actively involved in consideration of these issues and the problem of creating institutions of exports is very relevant. Today the institutions of the export development operating in more than 70 countries, including almost all Eastern European countries. But there are such countries where the institutions created exclusively by state-owned; insurance agencies on exports, where ownership are mixed, certain share of the authorized fund holds both the state and private investors; and there are countries where export insurance carried through completely private institutions. And every experience has the right to life as working very well. ”
Gala – session was held with the participation of government officials, business community and representatives of the international environment. League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine introduced President LIOU Alexander Filonyuk.
