14 листопада 2018 року в залі засідань Українського союзу промисловців і підприємців відбулось засідання Координаційної ради Платформи Національної стратегії охорони здоров’я України.
Відкрив засідання та виступив зі вступним словом Голова Об’єднання організацій роботодавців України Анатолій Кирилович Кінах. Учасники обговорили поточний cтан у сфері охорони здоров’я України, Положення про Координаційну раду Платформи Національної стратегії охорони здоров’я України та обрання співголів Координаційної ради та план роботи Координаційної ради Платформи Національної стратегії охорони здоров’я України. Також було розглянуто проект Заяви Координаційної ради Платформи Національної стратегії охорони здоров’я України.
Розглянувши питання порядку денного та пропозиції учасників засідання Координаційна рада зазначила, що стан системи охорони здоров’я в Україні потребує невідкладних системних комплексних науково обґрунтованих заходів по аналізу ситуації та формуванню нової Національної стратегії охорони здоров’я. Координаційна рада прийняла рішення запропонувати Кабінету Міністрів України невідкладно сформувати для Національної академії наук і Національної академії медичних наук України державне замовлення про наукове обґрунтування Національної стратегії охорони здоров’я України та розробки «Дорожньої карти» по її реалізації з урахуванням рекомендацій ООН: «ЗДОРОВ’Я В УСІХ ПОЛІТИКАХ КРАЇНИ».
Також учасники засідання підтримали висновки громадської експертизи діяльності Міністерства охорони здоров’я України щодо управління якістю процесів і послуг та обрали співголів Координаційної ради представників сторін – підписантів Меморандуму про співробітництво від 10.03.16 р.
Серед учасників засідання — представники органів державної влади, медичної спільноти, громадських організацій, експертів у сфері охорони здоров’я та провідних ЗМІ. Лігу страхових організацій України представили Олександр Філонюк, Президент ЛСОУ; Тетяна Бутківська, Голова Комітету ЛСОУ з питань медичного страхування та Романа Навальківська, віце-президент ЛСОУ.
Нагадаємо, що згідно підписаного 10 березня 2017 року Меморандуму про співробітництво між Об’єднанням організацій роботодавців України, Всеукраїнською громадською організацією «Український союз промисловців і підприємців», Національною академією медичних наук України, Лігою страхових організацій України, Громадською організацією «Українська асоціація сприяння охороні здоров’я населення» сторони погодилися розглядати їх співробітництво як інструмент реалізації послідовної державної політики формування ефективної системи охорони здоров’я, шляхом участі у розробці нормативно-правових актів, документів і планів спільної діяльності.
Фото заходу — https://www.facebook.com/uainsurcom/On November 14, 2018, a meeting of the Coordinating Council of the Platform of the National Health Care Strategy of Ukraine was held in the session hall of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
Opened the meeting and delivered an introductory speech Chairman of the Association of Employers’ Organizations of Ukraine Anatoliy Kinakh. The participants discussed the current state of health in Ukraine, the Regulations on the Coordination Council of the Platform of the National Health Care Strategy of Ukraine and the election of co-chairmen of the Coordination Council and the work plan of the Coordinating Board of the National Health Strategy National Platform. Also, the draft Statement of the Coordinating Board of the National Strategy for Healthcare of Ukraine Platform was considered.
Considering the issues of the agenda and the proposals of the participants of the meeting, the Coordinating Council noted that the state of the health care system in Ukraine needs urgent systemic comprehensive scientifically grounded measures on the analysis of the situation and the formation of a new National Health Strategy. The Coordinating Council decided to propose to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to immediately formulate for the National Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine a state order for a scientific substantiation of the National Health Care Strategy of Ukraine and the development of a Roadmap for its implementation taking into account the UN recommendations: HEALTH IN ALL COUNTRIES ‘POLICIES. ”
Also, the participants of the meeting supported the conclusions of the public examination of the activities of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on the management of the quality of processes and services and elected co-chairmen of the Coordination Council representatives of the parties – signatories of the Memorandum of Cooperation of 10.03.16.
Among the participants in the meeting were representatives of state authorities, medical community, public organizations, health experts and leading mass media. The League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine was presented by Oleksandr Filonyuk, President of LIOU; Tetyana Butkivska, Head of the LIOU Committee on Health Insurance and Romana Navalkivska, Vice-President of LIOU.
Recall that according to the signed on March 10, 2017, the Memorandum on cooperation between the Association of Employers of Ukraine, the All-Ukrainian public organization “Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs”, the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine, the Public Organization “Ukrainian Association for the Protection of Health the population “, the parties agreed to consider their cooperation as an instrument for implementing a consistent state policy for the formation of an effective system of protection and health through participation in the development of regulations, documents and plans for joint activities.
