30 червня в Києві компанія «Swiss Re», лідер у галузі перестрахування сількогосподарських ризиків, розпочала дводенний «Ukrainian Agriculture Insurance Meeting», в роботі якого взяв участь Президент Ліги страхових організацій України Олександр Філонюк.
Відкрив роботу конференції з доповіддю «Swiss Re: перестрахування сількогосподарських ризиків» Біт Шнегг, керівник відділу перестрахування с/г ризиків. Він презентував досвід компанії та зазначив, що представництва Swiss Re, що знаходяться по всьому світу, дозволяють компанії надавати послуги в багатьох країнах. Пан Шнегг зупинився на питаннях розвитку сільського господарства та агрострахування, діяльності Swiss Re в Україні в інших видах бізнесу.
Владислава Рутицька, заступник Міністра з питань євроінтеграції, розповіла про стратегію розвитку сільського господарства в Україні. Макроекономічний аналіз сільського господарства провів Олександр Печерицин, банк «Credit Agricole».
Також учасники «Ukrainian Agriculture Insurance Meeting» зупинилися на питаннях інновацій як способу змін в страхуванні врожаїв, індексного страхування у світі, субсидування і страхування сільського господарства у країнах ЄС.
В роботі засідання взяв участь Президент Ліги страхових організацій України Олександр Філонюк. Він впевнений, що роль аграрного сектору для економіки країни надзвичайно важлива, проте сьогодні проблема і аграрного сектору економіки, його реформування, і роль у цих процесах агрострахування лежать у площині національної безпеки нашої держави. Це, по-перше, вирішення продовольчої проблеми забезпечення населення нашої країни продуктами харчування. Другий важливий фактор – це надходження валютних коштів в економіку країни для її подальшого розвитку. Третій фактор – це робочі місця. Тому, проблему агрострахування як складової розвитку аграрного сектору економіки необхідно підіймати на найвищому державному рівні», – вважає Президент ЛСОУ.
Ліга страхових організацій України потягом багатьох років активно працює в напрямку агрострахування в Україні. В рамках ЛСОУ працює Комітет з питань страхування ризиків в аграрному секторі, більшість напрацювань якого було включено при розробці профільних нормативно-правових документів.
У заході взяли участь представники органів державної влади, фахівці з агрострахування і перестрахування, керівники напрямків з агрострахування страхових компаній України, міжнародні фахівці та експерти.June 30, Kiev company «Swiss Re», a leader in reinsurance of agricultural risks began a two-day «Ukrainian Agriculture Insurance Meeting», which was attended by President of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine Alexander Filonyuk.
The work of conference was opened with the report «Swiss Re: reinsurance of agricultural risks” Bit Shnehh, head of the department on reinsurance of agricultural risks. He presented the experience of the company and noted that the representation of Swiss Re, located around the world, allowing the company to provide services in many countries. Mr. Shnehh focused on the issues of agriculture and agricultural insurance, Swiss Re activities in Ukraine in other types of business.
Vladislava Rutytska, Deputy Minister for European Integration, spoke about the strategy of agricultural development in Ukraine. Macroeconomic analysis of agriculture had Alexander Pecheritsyn bank «Credit Agricole».
The participants of «Ukrainian Agriculture Insurance Meeting» stopped on matters of innovation as a way of changes in crop insurance, the insurance index in the world, subsidies and insurance of agriculture in the EU.
The meeting was attended by President of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine Alexander Filonyuk. He is confident that the role of the agricultural sector to the economy is very important, but today the problem of the agricultural sector and its reform, and the role of agricultural insurance in these processes lie in the plane of our national security. This is, first, solving the food problem of providing our population with food. The second important factor – it’s exchange flow of funds in the economy for its further development. The third factor – it’s jobs. Therefore, the issue of agricultural insurance as part of the agricultural sector must raise at the highest level “, – said President LIOU.
League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine for many years work active in the area of agricultural insurance in Ukraine. Within LIOU works a committee on insurance of risks in agriculture, most of the developments which included the development of relevant legal documents.
The event was attended by representatives of state authorities, experts in agricultural insurance and reinsurance, head of agro-insurance companies from Ukraine, international specialists and experts.
